We are Artist's House Collective, a group of seven Level 1 Fine Art students from the University of Leeds. Our practices are rooted in our shared feelings of frustration with making art in spaces that also have to function as our home, where we sleep and relax surrounded by canvases, accumulating sculptures and materials. Our art has taken over our individual spaces and our practices have become inseparable from our existences throughout this. We each live within our own cell, the four walls of our university accommodations which are located around the city of Leeds. Here, we come together to create one virtual house, lurking somewhere on the world wide web, just as we have all done during our first year of art school.
